The Life Center Annual Fund provides the ongoing support needed to sustain our mission throughout the year. Contributions help us respond to urgent community needs, expand life-changing programs, strengthen families, and provide resources where they are needed most.
Unlike gifts designated for a specific program, Annual Fund donations allow TLC Cares to invest in the greatest areas of need—so we can keep reaching, healing, restoring, building, and making a lasting impact every day.
Donations to the Annual Community Events Fund support free outreach events for families in Hampton Roads experiencing hardship—food, activities, resources, and restoration.

Our first-ever Fall Extravaganza is a free community event for family, fun, fellowship, resources, and restoration. Music, food, games, vendors, giveaways, and a chance to learn about our programs and Restoration House.
Fundraising goal: $7,500. $2,500 raised so far — $5,000 to go.

A free community event focused on mental health, wellness, and community. Behavioral health resources, referrals, food, a hot chocolate bar, family activities, and personal-care services such as haircuts, braiding, and makeup.
Fundraising goal: $12,500. $2,500 raised so far — $10,000 to go.
